CONFIRM
Purchase your Lost Box Deposit in the store. WE ARE FULL IF THIS IS OUT OF STOCK. This will hold your spot for the next intake month. Once your deposit is paid, you'll be approved for the Lost Box ordering page.

ORDER
On the 1st of the month, you'll recieve an email letting you know the box options for that month have been posted. Order your Lost Box(es) and choose your add-ons. Boxes can only be ordered the 1st to the 5th of every month.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS​​
What is the Lost Box?
- The Lost Box is our meat box program where we offer our seasonal meat selection to customers on monthly basis. Boxes are ordered on the 1st of the month and there are cut choices but you can expect a variety of pork, chicken and some beef (mostly ground).   

When will the Lost Box be back in stock?
- Due to very high demand, we are not sure when there will be new availability. The best way to stay updated on Lost Box and product availability is to join our newsletter on the bottom right of the main page. You can also create your account in advance. 

Can I swap this product for that product?
- In order for us to balance our cuts, it helps to not do product swaps unless it is an allergy. If you have trouble with a cut, perhaps we could offer assistance with cooking instructions or a recipe.  If a product swap is insisted, we will do our best to accommodate an equal value product.

Are your bacon and hams nitrate/nitrite free?
- All of our bacon is nitrate free and our hams also come in a nitrate free option. They are brined but not cured with curing salts so won't have the pink color

Are your sausages, salami etc gluten-free?
- Most of our sausage varieties are gluten-free and the ingredients are listed on the product page.

How many pounds of meat will I receive?
- The amount of meat you receive can range from 8-14 lbs box to box depending on value of cuts.

Will a Lost Box last me a month?
- Our goal was to make a moderate sized meat box to appeal to a wide range of families. If you are a single or couple, a box could last you month. If you are a family and the box only lasts you a couple of weeks, we suggest using the add on options to increase your box size or order 2+ boxes for the month. 

Can I take a month off?
- Consistency is the best for managing number of members. If you are going on holidays or are just away at pickup time, your box can always be left in our farm pickup freezer until you get back. If you the meat is more than you eat in a month, consider our every 2nd month option. If you are going to be inconsistent with ordering, it would be best to leave your spot to someone who will order monthly/bi-monthly since many people are often waiting to join.
